Nightmare Before Dinner with Chef Rebecca LaMalfa
Having a touch of cheeky fun with all things dark and delicious, Chef Rebecca LaMalfa has inspired this frame menu by the works of Tim Burton’s greatest cinematic hits. Think roast duck with beets, warm brie with wild mushroom tartine, dark chocolate pot de creme, candlelight, potions and lots ‘o elixirs. Please just refrain from saying Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice three times in succession during dinner. The last thing we want is to conjure up Betelgeuse from Tim Burton’s 1988 comedy Beetlejuice. Welcome to the holiday season where anything’s possible at frame.
