Game on: Next up at frame comes a gorgeous tasting menu dedicated entirely to game by frame favorite Chef Gabriel Botezan, where sustainability continues, focusing on eating with the seasons. Quail served with grits and marsala reduction. Rabbit ballotine with fava beans, speck and confit tomatoes. A lively wine list to accompany from some of the world’s most charismatic and forward thinking producers. Dishes here are exciting and impossibly pretty arranged with intense detail and delicious surprises.
