Spring Vegan Dinner and Clean Cocktails with Cacao Tree
Plant based for over 20 years, Cacao Tree and The Clean Plate owner, Amber Poupore, believes in transformation through respect, equality and constant outreach to the community through healing foods, quality ingredients, and education. Driven by passion, Amber has been dedicated to introducing medical students to plant-based nutrition as well as working with corporations and providing community classes and events throughout southeast Michigan. Before opening Cacao Tree in 2010 and The Clean Plate in 2013, Amber was best known for working a decade at Inn Season in Royal Oak. Believing in a no hierarchy philosophy, Amber is proudly joined by long time collaberator, Bryan Nieradka and owner of Mayan Chai, James Osborne (previously at Inn Season — A vegetarian and vegan institution in Michigan) Amber and her team are excited to debut Frame’s first vegan menu. Frame is pleased to continue it’s mission to offer diverse experiences and collaborations.
