Vegan Ice Cream Workshop with Detroit's Ice Cream Plant
Vegan ice cream has (finally!) taken the city by storm and we’re super partial to the perfect creamy texture. After lots o trying, we introduce our fave local vegan creamery Ice Cream Plant to frame for a hands-on winter ice cream workshop diving deep into why traditional ingredients work, and how vegan substitutes accomplish the same task. Cool, churn, mix, freeze….let’s get out of the cold and head into the warm for allergy-friendly lessons on how to carefully craft vegan ice-cream, sweet sauces, and crunchy toppings.
