Chef Eddie’s skills shine through in his namesake braised-to-perfection Guajillo Braised Beef Birria swimming in a seriously addictive rich consume, done here in 4 tasty-as-heck variations. But nothing can quite match the genius fun of his sizzling Fajitas De Molcajete’s for the table. The reason? The heavenly Guajillo Butter juxtaposing the 70’s pop-culture sensation into the golden age.
This month is oozing with magnetic combinations and stellar bar snacks.
