In frame’s first-ever Vegan 101, raw-food specialist Amber Poupore will guide us through creating a completely plant-based, totally scrumptious Harvest Dinner – replete with fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, and spices – making your most avid of carnivores guests happy.During this 2-hour workshop Amber will take us through a hands-on class based on three main dishes : Autumn stuffed acorn squash with cashew cream and sweet potatoes. Pumpkin Cheese-less Pie with carrot juice, cashew, and coconut butter. A Michigan Kale Salad with shaved fennel and a home-made vinaigrette. Get Ready, Get Your friends.
