Veganuary Wednesday's with Corktown's Grandma Bob's (frame @ home)
Ok, now that we’ve made it to January, we’re putting our best foot forward with an inventive plant-based, organic Wednesday night Veganuary series. We’re singing praises to : joy food, not junk food; celebrating health, wellness, and good eats. Thanks to the brains and creativity behind the wildly skilled Chef Dan Dewall of Corktown’s Grandma Bobs, we’re beyond drooling over his Mushroom Bolognese Lasagna and Chorizo Potato Enchiladas, turned up to 11, with bites of Roasted Pineapple and housemade Verde Sauce. Plates so heavenly they’ve been known to make grown men cry. Add in Michigan greens, cashew caesar dressing, house-made croutons, roasted cauliflower, pickled red onion, and toasted pepitas, and we’ve covered all the food groups we need to keep ourselves healthy next month. You still need to balance your yin-and-yang. We’ve got you covered: our bev team has crafted carrot “negroni’s”- with carrot infused Aperol, red vermouth, gin, and bitters plus non-boozy house-made grapefruit tonics for complete hydration all around. Plant-based friends don’t let plant-based friends drink alone. That’s a fact. And Dry January isn’t a thing this year. Ding-Dong. Dinner Is Done. Turn your oven to 350 -degrees, and here’s to frame@home where there is no hassle, no fuss, all delicious. and most importantly, no dishes.
