We’re taking truffles to a whole new level with a frame Thursday night led by two Michelin-Starred Chef Thomas Lents of Detroit Foundation Hotel Chef’s Table and The Apparatus Room and Chef Rebecca LaMalfa will be working together in frame’s open kitchen, creating an intimate dining experience focused on all things truffles.
This 5-course menu is a true chef’s tasting, meaning chefs will rely on mid-to-late November seasonal ingredients to create this exquisite dinner party menu.
