Next Up: The Feast of St John, celebrated by the Hoti tribe of Northern Albania on their “feast” day of August 29th. For us stateside, this biggest Albanian holiday of the year comes celebrated in our humble abode, by none other than Chef Mark Camaj. A frame favorite, and first-generation Albanian American who studied at Le Cordon Bleu, cutting his teeth with NYC chefs from the likes of Andrew Carmellini and Marco Canora.

One Night Only. Think Rustic, Eastern European, 1980’s Hamtramck Vibes. Traditional Meze Platters with Cured Meats and Cheeses from the Balkans; Whole Lamb Spit Roasted over Wood Fire. Gremolata, House Made Garlic Yogurt; Shopska Salad and Albanian Homemade Bread.
