Summer Cocktail 101 Experience
Join us for our first Summer Cocktail 101 frame class led by Lynn House, Heaven Hill Brands National Brand Ambassador. We welcome the opportunity to spend three interactive hours together tasting neat spirits and learning step-by-step the secrets to crafting 4 seasonal summer cocktails using PAMA, Lunazul Blanco, Domaine de Canton, Larceny and Elijah Craig Small Batch. About our special guest, Lynn House Prior to joining Heaven Hill, Lynn served as Chief Mixologist and Beverage Director at Blackbird Restaurant in Chicago. At Blackbird, Lynn organically developed the first mixology program for the James Beard and Michelin Star restaurant. Previous experience in her 25 years in hospitality includes Chief Mixologist/Beverage Director at the Michelin Two Star restaurant Graham Elliot, the original Master Bartender at the acclaimed cocktail lounge The Drawing Room, and in 2011 was named one of the top 20 Most Fabulous Bartenders in the World by Gary Regan. Lynn has been featured on the Sundance Channel’s Beyond the Bar Series. Notable awards include being named Mixologist of the Year by Cheeky Magazine and Chicago Reader’s People of the Year issue. Lynn has been featured in countless publications including GQ, Martha Stewart, Bon Appetit, Saveur, Esquire, and the New York Times. In 2017 Lynn was nominated by Tales of the Cocktail Spirited awards as 2017 Best American Brand Ambassador and by Wine Enthusiast as 2017 Mixologist of the Year.
