Bringing “conscious hospitality” to our Wednesday frame @ home series ; we’re super psyched about our next up modern Japanese Bento Box Night, thanks to beloved Chef Nick George who has cultivated a loyal body of admirers with his pop-up Dr. Sushi.
Imbued with masterful Japanese flavors and picture-perfect cooking techniques, Chef Nick brings us traditional Bento Boxes– neatly packed with a variety of intricately prepared classic bites. Think: Upper Peninsula Ikura, Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, Farmed Hokkaido Scallop, House-Cured Atlantic Mackerel, Seasonal Vegetables over Sushi Rice, Miso Pickled Eggplant and Pumpkin Simmered in a Sweet-Savory Dashijoyu.
