Capturing the intriguing spirit of 1960’s late-night Hong Kong, we’re spending January under pink and jade neon-lit moody ambient light. Cue: Frame favorite chefs Gabriel and Gabriela Botezan, who have been busy working on a killer line-up of thoughtfully reimagined boisterous Cantonese classics with modern twists using traditional regional ingredients.

Traversing Culinary Borders with Bold and Brilliant Mash-Ups like ‘Katsu Sliders with Tempura Fried Beef Tenderloin’; ‘Soft and Silky Pot Stickers filled with Lamb and Fennel’,’ Crispy Fried Oysters with Soba Noodles and Spicy Chinese Mustard “Hollandaise” and ‘Rangoons with Farmers Cheese and Blueberry Reduction’, a marriage between Romanian Papanași (a very traditional dessert) and Wontons (rangoon) ..

All to be washed down with a wildly thoughtful HOKO TeaBAR menu of imaginative cocktails and balanced sake to pair with your steaming plates of shared deliciousness.
Think : Chamomile Tea Infused Valentine Liberator Barrel Rested Gin with Strega and Lemon ( served warm); and the Ming River Sichuan Baiju with Cashew Orgeat and Egg White designed by our very own Adam Accivatti and Diego Aliste.
