Pulling inspiration from closely held family secrets and recipes, Brian shines the light on Southern comfort food at his Michelin Bib Gourmand, Ina Mae Tavern … and celebrates the endless creative possibilities of wild ingredients, with “whole animal wild game service” at his adored gastropub, Frontier.

So clear your calendar: as straight from the Windy City’s heart and soul, Chef Brian takes over the frame kitchen for two nights, with a not-to-miss Summer Seafood Crawfish Boil.
