With a deep-rooted passion for the Spanish culture and the rituals that surround it, we’re jonesing for our next up Sunday Vegan Dinner Party as we move further into February!

Welcome to Tapas! where Chef Suzy Silvestre brings us traditional dishes from northern Spain and the Basque Country through a pitch-perfect plant-based lens. Craftsmanship, passion and terroir are at the core of everything about this night. Forks at the ready, think: to Melt-in-Your-Mouth Papas Bravas, Traditional Pinxtos ( Spanish Olives, Smokey House Cheeses ) a Wildly Cool Calamari built around Portobellos … and a To-Die-For, Gluttonous Almond Sponge Cheesecake with Caramel. Add in a fierce vegan bar takeover with Frame’s Sommelier Diego Aliste and Cocktail Director Adam Accivatti. And Salud!
