Paying homage to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, we can hardly wait to re-welcome Chefs Jason Biega and Ali Adamczyk of Munising’s fine dining staple, Tracey’s at Roam Inn, taking over the Frame kitchen for 48 precious April hours. Bringing their profound knowledge of sustainable agriculture and regional classics, paying the utmost respect to Northern Michigan ingredients.
