A Cinco de Mayo Street Tacos Workshop by Chef Michael Barrera
Tacos will always reign supreme in our books. Taking inspiration from some of the most popular street food taco’s out there, frame’s Chef Michael Barrera is back in the open kitchen, with a Taco Masterclass of innovative twists and his authentic salsas to pair. Portable Taco Party? After this class, you’ll be ready! Michael will guide us through each step of marinading, filling and topping the traditional tiny tacos that are thin, flat griddle-baked, folded and eaten without any utensils. Bring all the spicy street taco questions you’ve ever dreamt of. This Wednesday workshop includes all materials, begins at 6:30 pm and is limited to 20 students.
