Learn to Shuck Oysters with Ann Arbor's Juicy Oistre (frame summer school)
On their mission to educate, inspire, and throw the best damn oyster party oops…we mean classroom, this town has ever seen, we could not be more grateful to welcome our new favorite friends from Ann Arbor… Juicy Oistre to the frame family round-up of Summer School teachers. Best come hungry because these gentlemen mean mother shucking business. This 2-hour oyster Summer School class is the perfect chance for the obsessed to properly learn to shuck and the curious to fall in love with oysters and carry on shucking well past this frame experience. Practice your ply and slurp…we’re providing protective gloves and knives. It’s good to be schooled in opening oysters. Think of it this way: we have so much to shucking learn on this earth, we may as well do it in school with a glass of bubbly in hand. Did we mention that our sommelier Sean Crenny serves booze at this school! Each workstation will be socially distanced and adhere to our response plan that includes every measure of protocol on workplace infection-control practice and health and safety training.
