A few reasons were excited to make the introduction… Growing up on a small beef farm in rural Wisconsin, Justin’s a huge supporter of the local food movement and brings a modern technical approach to his Tasting menu. This evening is a true chef’s tasting, meaning Justin will rely on summer seasonal ingredients and his menu will not be able to be published this far in advance.
