Chef Brandon Zarb’s next up French Moroccan feast is a love letter to Marrakech’s richest culinary traditions.
A dinner party done Frame-style with Earthenware Tagines, Morocco’s signature cooking pots, laden with powerful ingredients : preserved lemons, green harissa, saffron, cardamom, chermoula. Alongside Ambient beats. Loads of candles. Pairings of incredible wines by Frame’s Wine Director Diego Aliste. Creative libations by Frame’s Cocktail Director Adam Accivatti.

Uncompromising in his support of small scale producers, Brandon has a knack for finding ways to optimize each ingredient’s “inherent properties”, making for one wildly special, shared dining experience built in pairs.

Continuing to create Frame experiences with an ever-changing line-up of talent, we’re jonesing for Brandon to take over our open kitchen for one early April weekend.

This one’s set to be in high demand.
