With the twinge of fall in the air, we’re bringing big-energy bistro vibes just in time to celebrate the autumn equinox.

Enter Frame fave Chef Scott Martinelli, helping the just-opened Ash-Bar Detroit, a French and Italian European-style café inside the tres chic Siren Hotel.

Leaning heavy into the fall harvest flavors of the season, think: Ash-Bar’s signature steak tartare ; pork rillons with peach gastrique; scallop and corn agnolotti; and cannoli stuffed with honey nut squash, pecans, and honey. Yes please !

Adding to the equinox energy : Frame Sommelier Diego Aliste is collaborating with Ash-Bar Beverage Director Nick Arone for a specially paired wine and reserve wine pairing option, plus a wildy-fab cocktail takeover coming from behind Adam Accivatti’s marble bar.
