With the turn of the calendar, we prepare for frame’s fall digs…outdoor dining in our lush natural heated yurts with chalet decor. Safe culinary experiences built for 6 where you’ll find solitude in your pod with an appreciation for curated food, drink, and music alongside a rotating lineup of ambitious chefs. Speaking of ambitious, we’re beyond smitten to welcome frame crushes, Chef Jen Blakeslee and Eric Patterson of Traverse City’s The Cook’s House joining us to kick off our October editorial calendar. Chef Jen and Eric’s commitment to “seeking out the magic” is no surprise given their start working in Michelin-starred kitchens, namely under iconic French chef André Rochat. It was there, their spark for a small chef-fare space in Blakeslee’s native Traverse City, built on the bounty of locally grown and foraged foods, became a well-received reality. Join us as we bring a little bit of the Northern Michigan food scene to frame, with a seasonal vegetable-forward menu from the October crops.
