Prepare to meet Chris Tucker of The Great American Baking Show, an adaptation of The Great British Bake Off. Channeling the wisdom from his great grandmother, a true Southerner, and baker at heart, Chris grew up baking with his grandmother Mimi, spending time in the kitchen creating and of course tasting delicious recipes. Respecting all the beloved traditions of the Southern meal and drawing on the flavors of Mimi’s recipes, Chris reimagines each ingredient through a contemporary plant-based lens…bringing his outrageously delicious wholly plant-based Southern Dinner Party from LA to frame, next month. Plan on the sounds of bluegrass and r&b, fried CKN, collard greens, and corn casserole…alongside botanically infused cocktails riffing on traditional libations and organic, biodynamic wines by frame’s sommelier Sean Crenny.
