For the second weekend of our Parking Lot Chef BBQ collaborations, we’re shacking up with our friends from The Peterboro of Detroit’s Historic Chinatown, for a whole-lotta, whole-hog goodness, cooked up Chinese-American style.

Bringing the art of whole-hog barbecue to the outdoors @ frame, Peterboro’s pitmaster brings an imaginative and downright mouthwatering menu centered around pork “pulled right off the pig ” …

Think fresh Pulled Pork Dumplings, Pulled Pork Bao Buns, and Peterboro’s Pulled Pork Street Noodz. Add in killer cocktails, tasty cold beer from Singapore, almond cookie ice-cream sandwiches, and we’re looking at three days of good fortune meets parking lot BBQ, done frame-style.

 Covid Protocols at frame
As we make our way into October, please know that our response plan includes every measure of the protocol on workplace infection-control practice and health and safety training for both dine-in and carry out. We’re continuing to keep extremely conscious of the role we play in minimizing the spread of coronavirus. Masks are required when entering and while walking around frame, the patio, and the tent, but can be taken off once seated.

Both of the areas we are seating for this experience are socially distanced.
Please know that with our ever-continuous changing climate, you can always exchange your tickets for frame @ home, on the day of your scheduled experience.

Rain Date Options: No worries for this experience! In the chance that Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate on the day of your experience our parking lot tent (heated and socially distanced) is fully weather-proof. Seatings are staggered to ensure our Covid safety plan is in place and we will safely be seated under the tent in the chance of rain.
