Say hello to Chef Josie Clemens. Michigan born-and-raised (Macomb to be exact) Josie is the first-ever Vegan Chef to compete on Gordon Ramsay’s “Hell’s Kitchen: Young Guns”. One of the 18 aspiring chefs (24-years-old or younger from across the country) Josie is competing in the most current Hell’s Kitchen Season 20… which just launched last week.  Since taping of the rigorous culinary challenges are now over Josie joins us from LA and we couldn’t be more excited that she will be serving up a one-hundred-percent vegan frame takeover for four nights in July. wholly plant-based. botanically infused cocktails that explore earthy, fruity, vegetal, and floral flavors. organic, biodynamic wines. outdoor bistro tables. we can definitely get on board with this.
