If you’ve been following frame lately, you know that our resident Chef Rebecca LaMalfa has been rocking out the frame kitchen with her Old School New York Italian and Greek Tasting Table menus.  Her next frame residency has something to satisfy your vegan hearts with a visually stunning, highly creative, zero-waste menu rethinking the flavors of our local vegetables. April 28th starts with artichokes and balsamic caramel and ends with a white chocolate macadamia nut cheesecake. We’ve got all you need to wind down your weekend with plenty of plant-based plates to feast on. 
Menu  {  1st  } Artichokes with Balsamic Caramel charred lemon, caper emulsion {   2nd   } Trumpet Mushroom “Scallops” fresh corn polenta, grilled spring onions, green garlic pesto {  3rd  } Ginger Carrot Glazed Tofu miso cashew cream, sprouted lentils, watercress {  4th  } White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cheesecake coconut cream, oatmeal cookie crumb
