Moving further into June we’re beyond thrilled to root ourselves in the connection between sun and soil as we prepare for an inventive plant-based summer dinner party by one of our fave chef couples: Chefs Gabriel and Gabriela Botezan (the same dynamic duo who brought us Romanian Seafood last winter).

Welcome Summer Superfoods… Carrot Bolognese Celeriac with Shaved Black Truffles Cauliflower with Roasted Oyster Mushrooms and Fig Reduction

With an all vegan menu ( that’s gluten free to boot) it’s safe to say our collective love affair with summer vegetables has just begun. frame’s mix’tress Jaz’min Weaver has lots of boozy ways to get your 5 in a day… Eating and drinking as nature intended! Plant-based friends don’t let plant-based friends drink alone. That’s a fact.
