Come later this month we’re bringing a Greatest Hits dinner by two 2002 James Beard Nominated Frame fave chefs we’ve welcomed through our doors over the years.
Next Up … a Celebration of Salt by nominees, Best Chefs in the Great Lakes category, Jill Vedaa of Cleveland’s Salt+ and Chef Omar Anani of Detroit’s Saffron De Twah.

Together in the Frame kitchen, creating small plates magic, making use of the purest regional ingredients, paired with organic methods built on a foundation of lovingly hand-crafted cured foods.

Think: salt-cured egg yolks, smoked fish, lamb bacon BLTs, and salted caramel pot de crème.

Both chefs share in the creation of this menu, where each dish is a thoughtful composition of textures, colors, and flavors that pair well with the unique wines and inventive cocktails crafted in-house.

It’s an absolute dream to have this duo back in our open-kitchen. Call it the perfect summer dinner party on our al-fresco patio. Call it whatever you like. Just don’t miss this one.
