frame presents Romanian Yurt Dining with Chef Gabriel Botezan in frame’s Winter Home the yurts @ frame + inside @ frame + frame @ home
As the seasons change we find ourselves feeling very connected to the Earth. This change makes us appreciate and celebrate all the land offers to us in the fall.  Upcoming at frame, Chef Gabriel Botezan helps connect us with our roots through his old world, nuanced Romanian culinary expertise. Born in Romania, Chef Gabriel Botezan honed both his culinary craft and tv personality while competing on Hell’s Kitchen of Romania. In our parts however, Gabriel served as long-time Chef De Cuisine at Bacco under Luciano Delsignore as well as working with frame favorite Anthony Lombardo. It is here in our story when we knew Gabriel and his phenomenal, old world cuisine was needed at frame. Adding endless inspiration to the concept is Gabriel’s wife Gabriela, a pastry chef born in Transylvania, a part of Romania known for its hospitality, beautiful scenery and occasional vampire. Let’s round out the month with this powerhouse couple and an evening which promises a glimpse into the true Romanian culinary traditions.
