Luxe Picnic with Hazel's Chef Emmele Herrold
Celebrating the iconic summer picnic … done Frame-style.
We can hardly wait to welcome back Chef Emmele Herrold (Hazel’s Birmingham) for her second kitchen takeover with a gorgeous eclectic menu that brings some exciting summer influences to the party.
Rest assured, Emmele’s signature fried chicken will be on deck … here, done with artichoke, bagna cauda, and aioli. Plus a not-to-miss seasonal rustic tomato tart (we’re already drooling), vermouth clams with garlic confit, and homemade lemon pie.
Sort of like the childhood picnic…but dialed up 11 notches on the luxury scale.
This one is best enjoyed with a bottle of bubbles.
