Gone Glamping; A Luxury Camping Dinner by Chef Rebecca LaMalfa
Grab your Birkenstocks, put on your bandana, be transported visually and get ready for Glamping- an ode to the end of summer with guitar playing and five courses designed by chef Rebecca LaMalfa encapsulating the fun, experimental and charcoaled flavors of luxury camping. This menu is bright and lively, filled with flavors of the open-fire, served in a way to highlight the outdoors on a warm, early fall evening. Eat from cast iron; get a little tipsy from curated cocktails served in speckled enamelware tin mugs and if the urge for a campfire sing-along hits your table, it’s not only welcomed. It’s encouraged!
