A Neapolitan Dinner Party with Detroit's PizzaPlex
If you haven’t been to Detroit’s PizzaPlex yet, trust us, after this pop-up, you will.
We’d say this traditional wood-fired Naples-style pizza, known officially as Vera Pizza Napoletana, is exactly what we are craving right now.
Pizza mavens (Frame fave couple and co-owners) Alessandra Carreon and Drew McUsic draw their inspiration for this dreamy authentic menu from Alessandra’s Naples hometown, where the PizzaPlex team just returned from to earn their official Neapolitan pizza certification.
So legit, Food & Wine Magazine recently featured this Southwest Detroit neighborhood pizzeria for their authentic crust. We couldn’t be more excited that this team, including pizza whiz Nathan Hannon, is next up in taking over our wood-fired pizza oven, joining us for a Sunday night with a menu close to their hearts.
To them, food is about sharing experiences with loved ones.
