August 3rd, 6:00pm seating just added Chef Rebecca LaMalfa brings her promised Vegetarian Summer Garden Dinner to frame this August.  Tomatoes, Eggplant, Michigan Corn, Roasted Poblano Peppers and other freshly picked garden vegetables will make their way onto your plate for this special garden dinner. Frame resident Chef Rebecca will be joined by her newly appointed Sous Chef, Julie Charney.  Enjoy!
+++ MENU +++ { first } Marinated Cucumber Panzanella Varieties of cherry tomatoes, mixed cucumbers, garlicky croutons, red onions, feta red wine vinaigrette, fresh herbs { second } Provincial Vegetable Tian Eggplant, tomato, zucchini, summer squash, basil, oregano, 25 year balsamic vinegar, castelvetrano olive oil  { third } Summer Corn Succotash Sweet corn, local shelling beans, shishito peppers, green beans, wax beans, Jimmy Nardello peppers and purple okra, garnished with mixed shaved radishes and cilantro  { forth } Roasted Poblano Peppers Dipped in fluffy egg batter and filled with fontina cheese and a ragu of beans, mushrooms, greens and onions, topped with sungold tomato pan sauce served over rice  { fifth } Stone fruit Crepes Vanilla crepes filled with sweetened ricotta smothered in warm stone fruit honey compote and ginger snap crunch
