Vegan Summer Weekend with Amber Poupore and Bryan Nieradka
WHAT A Vegan Take-over By Amber Poupore and Bryan Nieradka (Cacao Tree, The Clean Plate) for plant lovers, spotlighting summer vegetables and grains with style and sophistication. For the last weekend in June, the frame kitchen is whetting our appetites and pushing the limit to how creative-plant based fare can be. Plan on lots of beautiful summer wine flowing with inventive and ambitious courses as well as some snacks – think vegan cheese boards, asparagus multiple ways, red corn polenta with olive tapenade and summer corn soup. WHY Because we love you. Vegan or not, we could all be more vegetable-forward in our lives. And the summer harvest in Michigan is a hyper-focused mash-up of tasty flavor profiles.
