Truffle Workshop with Mindo Chocolate Makers
What better way to kickstart your Sweetest Day weekend (thank you Hallmark) than hand-rolled truffles made with only the finest sustainably-sourced, and stone-ground chocolate. Come and spend an evening with the fine peeps of Mindo Chocolate Makers, the first small-batch chocolate maker in the state of Michigan and learn to grind and conch nibs, make chocolate and roll decadent dark chocolate truffles by hand. You’ll take home your confections at the end of class, but it’s up to you whether you share them with your loved ones or enjoy the fruits ( or the chocolate ) of your labor all by yourself.
