Chef Rodolfo Castellanos’s career is a journey that revolves around the fondness and authenticity of Oaxaca, Mexico. Winning the title of Top Chef Mexico and opening his celebrated restaurant, Origen is the culmination of both his background and his life experience, and it shows. Marrying the best of the region’s cuisine, Rodolfo has worked in a number of kitchens, with a CV card including the French Embassy in Mexico City, La Mar de Gastón Acurio in San Francisco, and working amongst the tutelage’s of great chefs like Joel Garault in Monte Carlo, and Traci des Jardins from Jardinière in San Francisco. While studying culinary in Europe, Rodolfo gained a new perspective on the traditional French flavors and techniques of his childhood. It was here that he garnered the skills necessary to create a dialogue between the two culinary worlds, which we simply can’t wait to experience. Oaxaca is his home, a privileged place in Mexico. But for a few days in July, frame will be his kitchen, producing his dishes, promising to demonstrate great sensitivity and the details of Oaxaca’s traditional cuisine. Join us for this very exclusive experience.
