frame presents San Francisco SupperClub with Conifer (Traverse City Chefs Patrick and Michael Evans) and Detroit’s Mongers Provisions   
This chef-brotherhood is firing on all cylinders. All four, Zach Berg, William Werner, and Michael and Patrick Evans, individually spent several years in San Francisco (under the training of Bar Tartine, Atelier Crenn and Lord Stanley to name a few) where they honed their crafts and gained experience, before returning home to Michigan to begin their true culinary adventures. Brothers Michael and Patrick Evans settling back home in Traverse City with Cook’s House and their wildly popular Northern Michigan pop-up concept Conifer TC  based on Michigan produce and foraged foods. And Zach Berg and William Werner, adored cheese and chocolate geeks who both have a love for hospitality, and a gorgeous Detroit outfitter, Monger’s Provisions, specializing in phenomenal local and global cheese, chocolate and charcuterie. So what happens when these four now re-unite in frame’s kitchen for a joint dinner collaboration focused on all of their favorite ingredients? Let’s just say no one leaves hungry. 
Menu  {1st} Family Style Cheese and Charcuterie Board – Alp Blossom, 1 Year Manchego and Wilde Weide Gouda {2nd} Fermented Potato Bread with Pickled Ramps and Usi Minnie “Fondue” {3rd} Feta Cheese Tart, Melted Leeks, Dried Olives {4th} Vietnamese Cacao Rubbed Ribeye Steak, Poached Turnips, Chocolate Bitters {5th} Chevre Ice Cream, Dark Chocolate and Nibs
Friday, July 26th 5:30pm and 8:30pm seatings $55 per person + tax and service fee Included: 5 courses of a Joint Dinner Collaboration focused on ingredients by Zach Berg, William Werner and Michael and Patrick Evans.  Additional: Beverage pairing by frame’s resident wine director and sommelier, Bryan Lamorena ++ beer, wine, and summer cocktails. + A Pop Up Shop after dinner with Mongers Provisions
