Sunday Afternoon Pasta Making with Anthony Lombardo of SheWolf
In this class, frame’s pasta guru, Anthony Lombardo of Detroit’s SheWolf will guide you through one of our favorite carbohydrates: the perfect pasta. One of the most romantic culinary art forms, here Anthony will talk about flour and grains, show us how to make fresh pasta and share tips and tricks on making the perfect ‘sugo’ (that’s sauce to you and me). One vegetarian and one meat-sauce.
Eat a little. Learn a lot. Spend an intimate afternoon with Anthony in frame’s open kitchen and take home the fruits of your labor and your newfound skills to practice and perfect, back in your home kitchen.
