Chicago's Parsons Chicken and Fish with Negroni Slushies
Chicago’s Fish Fry royalty, Chicago’s Parson Chicken and Fish is packing it up and coming to town to takeover frame as an ode’ to April’s Lent season for two-days, slinging beer battered fried fish and beverage director, Charlie Schott’s endlessly acclaimed ‘Original Frozen Negroni Slushy’s.’
Bending the Lenten rules a tiny bit to satisfy our appetites, Parson’s Executive Chef Hunter Moore is whipping up his coveted Fish Fry complete with Creamy Coleslaw, Mashed Potatoes & Rich Gravy, Texas Toast, and Malt Vinegar Aioli. And oh, Yeah. Can’t forget about the Parson’s Hot Chicken Wing served with a dill pickle on white bread.
There are only two words to describe: yum fun.
