A Spanish Paella MasterClass
Chef Michael Barrera
Our frame Kitchen is a Makers Space. To Make Messes. To Make Mistakes. And Of Course, Ultimately, to Make Wildly Delicious Food. Extravagant Tasting Menus, Eclectic Workshops, Novel At-Home Dinner Parties. At frame, we love “Making” Them All.
Kicking off our season of frame(makers) – we’ve tapped frame’s Chef Michael Barrera to deliver a Spanish Paella Masterclass.
The frame point of view is that experience and knowledge outweighs a desire for things — our intention this season is simply to pay homage to the unmitigated joy of “making” and put you, our frame guest in the frame(makers) seat.
Serious home cooks, kitchen novelists, and somewhere in between. Find your inner chef, make new friends and drink some seriously good Spanish wine.
What we’ve learned over the years is that there is no one right way to make this Spanish feast. But there is the right way.
Which after one bite, we can all agree… it’s Chef Michael’s way!
Snag a spot.
You’re one step closer to becoming a creative frame(making) genius.

What are people saying?
“Tried out frame as part of the ‘grandma’s basement series’ with Chef James (Mabel Gray) and Chef John (Grey Ghost). Our Italian Family Dinner was delicious! Enjoyed every course (which kept coming). Best meatballs I’ve ever had!! Love the idea of home Cookin with a little flare, shared Family style with strangers. A wonderful evening!”

“The vibe at the Frame dinners also reflected the personalities of the chefs, who were able to interact with guests and offer stories about their food memories while cooking rustic dishes without the same expectations that come with their respective restaurants. The food was predictably great and unpretentious, but the series also highlighted the growing importance of personality and storytelling to the modern dining experience.”
