Prepare to meet The Hazel Park Fire Department Local 1414, where at this firehouse, meals are the stuff of legends.Add in Chef Jared Bobkin (FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen) upping the heat…bringing his spin to a multi-course tasting menu based on the dishes our firefighters cook 365 days a year.
In firehouse daily life, these hero’s (shot in between firehouse shifts by our creative director Joe Vaughn) double as Chefs. Putting home-cooked meals on the table to glorious effect.
These are ordinary people doing an extraordinary job, for a community of committed individuals. Now it’s our turn to give back, pay it forward, and financially fund the Local 1414 so this group of volunteers can meet the realistic goals and objectives they’ve designed for the year ahead.
Join us for this fire-y evening created to support the HPFD’s Local 1414 Charity Fund that provides life’s basic necessities for thousands of Hazel Park families. Including Hazel Park Youth Assistance. High School Sports. The Band Program. Local Families in Need Post Tragic Losses. And a No Child Left Behind initiative in December, to name a few causes.
