It’s called a Progressive Dinner in the US and a Safari Supper in the UK. In essence, successive courses prepared and eaten by different hosts. A Progressive in Hazel Park. Yes… Here’s our plan for the night. — Start with dinner at frame….5 courses prepared and paired by the Cellerman’s quad: Dominic Calzetta, Andrea Fairman, Andrew Zalewski, and Jeff Sanchez.  Well acquainted with Cellerman’s runaway success story of their Michigan craft mead, cider, and beer. What we didn’t know is how far rooted in imaginative gastronomy and flavor these fellas are well beyond their brewing room. The quad has created a refreshingly original dinner menu paired with a pretty out there selection of extra dry ciders, French Oak wildflower meads, and European style beers.  But wait there’s more: after dinner, we’ll progress as a group by foot, 2 blocks down John R for a group comedy show by headlining comedian Mike Cronin, at Cellerman’s Tasting Room. With more libations, of course.  Hence: A Hazel Park Progressive Dinner.  Come along for the eats, drinks, laughs and the walk!
