Blind Tasting 101: American Wines with Frame Sommelier Diego Aliste
Prepare to sharpen your senses as we pour ourselves into this sensory experience where you’ll relearn how to smell, taste, and articulate your love for wine.
Here to lead us through the dark is Diego Aliste, Frame’s resident Sommelier and Wine Director, who will help you identify the nuances of the diverse world of American wines.
Savor the unique terroir that makes these regions and varietals so special.
(We’re keeping them secret for now, but at the end of these two hours together you’ll be better at ID’ing them using only your senses. How cool!)
But remember: Taste is a developed skill. The more you do it, the better you’ll be.
Snack, sip, savor, repeat… it’s the path to enlightenment!
Frame Workshops run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
So if you’re looking to make a full evening of it, we recommend dinner and (more) drinks at FRAMEbar, our casual
sister side, before or after class.
