Chef Nyle Flynn worked his way up the ranks of some of the city’s most respected kitchens (Selden Standard, Roast, The Apparatus Room) before departing for Minneapolis in 2019 to become executive chef of the boutique Hewing Hotel.
Thankfully for us, Chef triumphantly returned home to Detroit last spring, making a splash with the French-inspired Bar Pigalle, an instant hotspot from fellow Roast alums and Detroit craft beverage pioneers Joseph Allerton and Travis Fourmont.
Chef Nyle’s previous Frame experience — a decadent foie gras feast — was such a smashing success, we invited him back for two nights this time around… so he’s bringing the whole hog with him!
