Wine 101 Washington & Oregon Bootcamp with Sommelier, Bryan Lamorena
The Pacific Northwest’s vineyards have been shaped by thousands of years of climatic change. Glaciers, mountains, larger floods, and more have laid the groundwork for the wines we enjoy from Washington state and Oregon. In this class, we’ll learn how the Cascade Mountains keep Oregon wet and Washington dry, the different grapes used in both climates, what that means for us, and much more. We’ll compare and contrast the different styles as we taste through six wines from all over Oregon and Washington that work perfectly with our fall tables.
