Our inspiration for FRAMEbar is simple.
When our team isn’t getting creative with our favorite chefs; we’re traveling to meet them to line up our next roll call of guest chef residencies. So with that, we said, what if we were able to work side by side for an entire month with one of our most-favorite round, thin-crust Neapolitan blistered pies?

Get ready to meet Val’s Pizza-Ria: the brainchild of Vallery Markel and Erin Wilson, the very first hosts working with our new stone-hearth oven.

Studying at Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh and rising through the ranks of the burgeoning food scene in Portland, Val’s brings a wood-fired menu to FRAMEbar with table service, 5 nights a week.
Neapolitan pizzas with loads of topping ideas. Think: Pepperoni with Honey. Roasted Radish Pizza with Brown Butter, Pesto and Lemon Ricotta. Chickory Salads, Charcuterie Boards with House Made Ricotta.
And Wait For It: Cannoli with Hand Made IceCream.

Add to that a wine list by Sean Crenny and well-executed cocktails and spirits by frame’s Jazmin Weaver.
And we know exactly what to do here.  Walk in’s, bar seats, heated patio, and reservations.
Pizzas to-go…well of course! available for car-side pick up from our back-lot.
