Sometimes one weekend just isn’t enough…which is why we love our FRAMEbar launch pad for new concepts and longer-term collaborations with our ever-expanding community of talented chefs from around town. 

Meet TAQUERIAbar by local Mexican restaurant veteran Eddie Vargas, serving his father’s famous birria — crimson meat stew steeped in family tradition — alongside a wildly creative shared plates menu.

Expect house-made chips with all the fixings (guacamole, pico, queso fundido); Mexican street corn; quesabirria with a side of consommé for dipping; shrimp & cauliflower “al pastor” tacos; ceviche tostadas; and octopus sauteed in garlic, butter, and chiles — a nod to Tostada Magazine founder and frequent Frame collaborator Serena Maria Daniels’ love for mariscos.

Plus: flan for dessert, mezcal flights, rare Mexican spirits, horchata, and agua fresca.

We’re bringing the taco tastiness from April 6th to May 7th.
Walk-in table, patio, and bar seats available. Reservations recommended.
We think of these residencies as month-long parties, hand selected by us, for you.
