Located in trendy Williamsburg, the addictive Brooklyn-based Taiwanese restaurant, Win Son, a Young Guns Class of 2017 cult-favorite is creating a Taiwanese dinner party as part of frame’s Eater Young Guns series and we can hardly wait. Fried eggplant with labne, steamed griddled pork buns and whole fish with scallion pancakes are on the menu here….introducing Taiwanese food to folks who haven’t tried it before, while surprising those who have, with new flavors and techniques. Speaking from experience, we advise: dishes are best enjoyed with Win Son’s influenced cocktails, which of course will be flowing from frame’s marble bar.
