Pioneering a world where fragrance and cocktails are harmoniously combined ( how sensory), this hands-on immersive cocktail frame(makers) workshop focuses on balanced cocktails paired with fragrance. Plan to create (and drink, of course ) two cocktails based on your favorite Sfumato scents… Yes, the maker in you will learn the tricks to trust your nose. Scents range from woodsy, dark, and tobacco-forward, to light, citrus-y, and clean, so cocktail options abound.
Learn the techniques of classic cocktail structures, building on these to create new recipes…while talking about aroma profiles, syrups, juices, and how to use tinctures to adapt the flavors of your cocktails.
