Pizza School with Crispelli's Pizzeria (end of the year pizza party)
For any children (or parents of) who attended grade school in the 21st century, we are all too familiar with the quintessential ‘end of the year pizza party’; a few hours of chaotic excitement chock full of greasy pie paired with an exorbitant amount of soda. As such we want to celebrate all of our star students and wonderful instructors by paying homage to this end-of-year tradition, of course, done in our typical frame style. Think wood-fired, thin-crust pizza alongside lovely glasses of wine. Join us for a two-hour hands-on ‘pizza school’ from the pie-throwing geniuses and our friends from Crispelli’s, taking us step-by-step through the process of crafting gourmet hand-crafted Italian thin-crust pies. Get the scoop on their hundred-year-old baking techniques and learn how to handle the freshest dough. Bring your most burning (pizza) questions, literally! Learn a-lot, eat-lot. Bring a friend, meet a friend. Each workstation will be socially distanced and adhere to our response plan that includes every measure of protocol on workplace infection-control practice and health and safety training.
