Ceviche School with Chef Amado Lopez of Casa Amado (Frame Summer School)
We’re already craving Frame’s first-ever Ceviche School hosted by
Chef Amado Lopez of Berkeley’s beloved Casa Amado.
Learn everything you need to know, starting with how to maneuver the seafood counter to select your fish and shellfish.
Work in your own personal station, hands on, making
classic Mexican shrimp ceviche and halibut coconut ceviche
with all the accompaniments.
Putting everything you’ve learned into practice, you’ll take home a container of your ceviche, with the tricks, tips and recipes.
Plus: Enjoy the fruits of your labor by snacking on chips and Amado’s famed guacamole… Summer drinks? Why of course!
Working and imbibing is just what we do at Frame Summer School.
